A leading and rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Product Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, where the Assistant Product Manager will play a key role in the planning, development, and launch of pharmaceutical
products. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products align with customer needs and company
objectives. Responsibilities include developing and executing product roadmaps, conducting market research, defining product requirements, and analyzing customer feedback to optimize product
performance and strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements
– Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Science or a related field.
– Experience: Minimum of 2 years in marketing within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or biotechnology sectors.

– Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic, customer-focused approach.
• Proven experience in product development, product launches, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, quality control, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in digital marketing and online sales is required.
– Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
